Sant Ambroeus Palm Beach

I have been wanting to try this restaurant for a while but when the store was open on Saturdays and Sundays, I never had the time. With me now being closed on Sundays, brunching here was at the top of my to-do list.

Masyn and I attended church and then afterwards we grabbed a bite to eat at Sant Ambroeus. The ambiance and aesthetics of the restaurant were perfect. Everything was well thought out– from the custom “Sant Ambroeus” wallpaper to the positioning of every single piece of furniture. My original plan was to dine outside under the cutest pink umbrellas, but my newly walking baby decided to wobble his way into the restaurant.

There is so much on the menu that I wanted to try, but nowadays, I have to be considerate of what I order because I share my plate with my little one 🙁 He loves eggs and potatoes so I opted for an omelette with mozzarella, spinach, mushrooms, and ham. It came with a side of potatoes and toast. We saved enough room to enjoy two scoops of delicious strawberry gelato. The sugar started getting to Masyn because he started shouting and I had to say “check please” lol.

And although the food was really good, the service was great. The food was prepared quickly and the waiter checked on us frequently. Other restaurant goers, that frequent  Sant Ambroeus, visited our table to chat with Masyn, one woman even asking can Masyn play with her dog (no ma’am not while we are eating lol). Drop in guys and try something other than the omelette and let me know how it tastes so that I can try your dish next time 🙂
