The Social House, located in Downtown Lake Worth, Florida, is the perfect space for you. On first glance, you might mistake it for a restaurant, but it is the most unique mixed-use artisan establishment. There are several different businesses working under one roof. The cool thing about it is that although each business is distinctively different, each one of them offers a service that the other may need. There are bloggers, photographers, wedding boutiques, caterers, and etc. all available on hand. Perhaps the best part about the rental space is they have membership deals starting as low as $75 a month.
One of the things I love about the Social House is the Sidebar. The bar is located at the entering side of the establishment. The bar serves hot and cold beverages. It also serves adult libations as well. You could use the bar to offer your clients complimentary drinks or you can use the bar to unwind on your lunch break or after hours. During the day, the bar is also an open cafe. There are such great vibes among the people, making this a great social setting, and presenting you with many networking opportunities. For business owners, with so many people in and out, it is an opportunity to score new clientele.
If the inside gets too loud, or you would prefer some natural light and scenery, there is also an outdoor patio area. In my spare time, I like to come here and read. I look through the new style editorials, sip on lattes, respond to emails, and chat with new found friends.
On the other side of the building, there is an open space that is perfect for hosting events. My first time visiting the Social House, the space seen above, was arranged for a sip and shop event. It was hosted by West Palm Beach bloggers and many local boutiques were in attendance selling items. Renting the tables to the boutique vendors allowed the event coordinators to make their money back and pay the bloggers. The Social House also hosts their own monthly events in this space. One that I am looking forward to is their “Afternoon Tea” event on May 22nd. This space could also be used to host a private dinner or it could be used for a cocktail hour at a wedding. Just above this open space, and off to the side, there are open rental spaces for business owners. The rental spaces are beautifully designed, leaving you with not much to do, but move in.
Although not featured, the Social House also has a beautiful outdoor space, located in the back of the building that is perfect for wedding ceremonies or events. The greenery is very picturesque. With so many amenities and with so many co-working opportunities one can see how the Social House is the perfect space. Located in the heart of Lake Worth, you are sure to fall in love.
